Sharlene Kosto was born in Miami, Florida and serves as the managing partner for the firm. Sharlene graduated law school from Nova Southeastern University , Shepard Broad School of Law where she received her JD in 1983, as well as graduating in 1980 the University of Florida receiving her BA degree. After graduating law school, Sharlene began working for insurance defense law firms specializing in personal injury and worker’s compensation law, including working for one of the largest defense firms in Broward County. It was there where Sharlene honed her trial skills as well as her leadership skills, training young, aspiring attorneys in the field of worker’s compensation law. During that period of time, Sharlene was also Board Certified in Workers Compensation Law. Sharlene then decided to change careers and become a stay at home mom.
